- Journal content — devotional reflections, gratitude entries, and notes you write inside the app.
- Purchase information — products purchased, order date, and a customer reference. Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
- Support communications — messages you send to hello@flourishwithrhonda.com.
- Usage data — pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate location (country), and referring source, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To deliver the devotional journal, save your entries, and provide customer support (contract).
- To process orders and grant access to purchased content (contract).
- To send transactional emails such as receipts, password resets, and important service notices (contract / legitimate interests).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
- To improve the journal, content, and user experience through aggregated analytics (legitimate interests).
- To send occasional encouragement or product updates where you have opted in (consent).
4. Who We Share Your Information With

- Hosting and infrastructure providers — secure cloud hosting, database, and authentication providers that store account and journal data on our behalf.
- Email delivery providers — to send transactional and (where applicable) opted-in emails.
- Systeme.io — to manage email lists and tag buyers so we can send the right follow-up content.
- Analytics providers — to understand aggregate site usage. We do not sell your data.
- Professional advisers — accountants and legal counsel, where reasonably required.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account information and journal entries for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting purposes, kept up to 7 years). Backups containing your data are overwritten on a rolling basis.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your information.
