1. Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. After 30 days, purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
2. How to Request a Refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all refund processing. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@flourishwithrhonda.com with your order email and a brief note. We will help you through the process.
3. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Access After a Refund
When a refund is approved, access to the corresponding paid content is removed from your account. Your free account, profile, and any journal entries you have written remain yours.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are quick to help and most issues can be resolved without involving your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
