These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Rhonda Bunkley, doing business as Flourish with Rhonda ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website at journal.flourishwithrhonda.com and the Faithful & Flourishing devotional journal (together, the "Service").
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is a faith-based 30-day devotional journal for women, including written devotionals, journaling prompts, prayers, and related digital content. Some content is free; some requires a one-time purchase.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at hello@flourishwithrhonda.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or upload malware.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content beyond personal use.
- Use the Service to send spam or harassing messages.
- Resell or sub-licence access to the Service or any purchased content.
5. Intellectual Property
All devotional writing, prayers, prompts, designs, branding, and software in the Service are owned by Flourish with Rhonda or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and any content you have purchased, for your personal, non-commercial spiritual practice.
You retain ownership of the journal entries and personal reflections you write inside the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display this content solely so we can provide the Service to you.
6. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment terms, billing, taxes, currency, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital product purchases. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Spiritual and Wellness Disclaimer
Devotional, prayer, and reflective content is offered for personal spiritual growth and encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or pastoral care. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please seek help from a qualified provider.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if:
- You materially breach these Terms.
- You fail to pay for a product or chargeback a legitimate purchase.
- We reasonably suspect fraud or a security risk.
- You repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules.
You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to access purchased content ends, and we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Assignment and Force Majeure
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
